Digital Academy
We connect young people from low-income backgrounds in Valle del Cauca to the tech sector by training them in software development. This helps them enter the job market, boosts their income, and benefits their families and communities.
'TECH' Training Program
A progressive training program (recognizing prior learning) and relevant to job competencies aligned with CUOC (occupations and labor demand). It enables graduates to quickly enter the job market from early educational stages into formal, high-demand, well-paying jobs or advance to higher education.

Our scalable methodology allows us to replicate the project on a large scale, including in municipalities, cities, and remote areas where access to education is challenging. We have partners who provide internet packages, solar panels, and necessary equipment to reach the entire community.
